Esq Founder & Managing Partner

​​Mr. Amatucci serves as co-founder and principal at Valiant Litigation Finance, LLC. He is an entrepreneur, business executive, and securities attorney, who has been in practice for nearly two decades. He is a founding member of two nationally recognized law firms and a financial consulting firm. Besides his substantial legal experience, he has more than fifteen years of management and executive level business experience at a number of large national and multinational corporations.

 

In the technology industry, he held engineering, senior engineering and executive level management positions at numerous large and respected national and international companies,  including, Unisys, NGK/ NTK, Motorola, and Varta GmbH. In the banking and financial services industries, he began his career as a mortgage broker and ascended to an executive level manager at a major national bank. In addition, he served as managing partner of a boutique securities broker dealer, where he had oversight responsibility for all operations.

 

Mr. Amatucci holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, and three advanced degrees, including a Master of Science, a Master of Arts, and a Juris Doctor. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College, New York University-Polytechnic Institute, and University of Illinois School of Law at Chicago, where he was an honored recipient of the Ronald Rosenberg academic scholarship, graduating with Dean’s List honors. He has also been an active member of the Illinois and New York Bar associations, and he is a former graduate level college professor of corporate and employment law.

Partner, Strategic Operations & Platform Development

Dr. Paul-Cook, is a business strategist and entrepreneur focused on building ventures that combine media, partnerships, and real-world execution. 

 

As a Partner and Director of Strategic Relations at VHG, Joelle leads platform development, collaborating directly with founders to structure offerings and with investors to ensure alignment with firm standards. At Valiant, she partners with 13-year NFL veteran Shawn Springs on initiatives that connect high-earning individuals with qualified charitable projects designed to drive measurable community impact and offer significant financial benefits through established philanthropic frameworks.

 

She is also the founder of The Mansion Society, an invite-only platform for conversations, collaborations, and gatherings, where connection becomes the capital.  She serves as the General Partner and co-founder of the Athletes Collective Fund, a fund that invests in scalable, founder-led ventures aligned with athlete influence and long-term value creation. And, she is a board member and strategic advisor to Bad Mermaid, a wellness-forward energy drink powered by oceanic superfoods, supporting its brand growth and market strategy.

 

Previously, Joelle served as Chief Growth Officer at a national professional services firm, where she led firm-wide strategy, business development, and cross-sector growth across legal, financial, and advisory verticals.

 

She was a keynote speaker at the Law Practice Management Conference, where she spoke on innovation in professional services, leadership, and firm growth. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Management, with published research titled Building Strong Female Leaders: Reports of Youth Experiences and Traits From Females in the C-Suite of Fortune 1000 Companies, which explored how early-life traits and experiences contributed to women securing executive roles in Fortune 1000 companies.

 

Joelle is deeply committed to closing the leadership pipeline gap and expanding access for the next generation of female leaders. Her passion for equity extends beyond the boardroom; she is a strong supporter of social justice initiatives, including the Innocence Project, which works to free the wrongfully convicted and reform the criminal justice system. Outside of work, Joelle is a proud mother of three and a lifelong Pittsburgh sports fan who often says she “bleeds black and gold.”
